Download and install Connection using the instructions below. To transfer a dispatch sheet, sign in to an approved carrier account with website access, verify access, and open this page again.

Connect Your Dispatch Sheets

Open a complete dispatch sheet on Central Dispatch or another load board. Select the pinned Connection button once to transfer its displayed details to Reliant Dispatch.

Review the load reference, vehicles, pickup and delivery locations, dates, and rate. Correct any missing fields, then save the load as a draft for your company.

Install the Staging Extension

  1. Download Connection and extract the ZIP file.
  2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and enable Developer mode.
  3. Select Load unpacked and choose the extracted Reliant_Dispatch_Connection_Chrome folder that contains manifest.json.
  4. Pin Reliant Dispatch: Connection in the Extensions menu. Sign in to your Reliant Dispatch carrier account, then open a dispatch sheet and select Connection.

This staging package supports local installation. Chrome Web Store publication requires a separate store submission.

Review Before Saving

Connection supports text-based dispatch pages with a recognizable load or order reference, pickup, delivery, and vehicle details. Load-board layouts vary; compare every imported field with the source sheet. Existing company references remain protected against duplicate loads.

For a sheet displayed in Chrome’s PDF viewer, download the file and use Import a Dispatch Sheet in your carrier workspace. PDF, CSV, and Excel uploads remain available.

Your Dispatch-Sheet Data

Connection reads the displayed sheet when you select its toolbar button. It transfers the sheet text and the load board’s domain to your Reliant Dispatch carrier workspace. Reliant Dispatch retains a private captured-text snapshot and encrypts the import review. The extension clears its temporary copy after transfer, after ten minutes, or when the destination tab closes.

Connection does not request load-board credentials, change the source dispatch, or assign drivers. Assign the confirmed draft through your company’s e-BOL workspace. Imported and assigned loads use the same shared records as the Android and iOS driver apps.
