Know the Estimated Arrival Time
Follow pickup and delivery ETAs with their update time and source. Traffic-based estimates use current traffic when available; drivers can enter an adjusted ETA and explain a delay.
Find Every Load
Search by load or order reference. Filter active loads or review delivered, paid, canceled, and archived loads. Shippers see loads linked to their dispatched listings; carriers see their company’s loads.
Drivers Control Location Sharing
Drivers start and stop sharing from an assigned load in the Android or iOS driver app. The dashboard refreshes every 30 seconds while open and marks overdue GPS updates as last known locations.
GPS location is available when the assigned driver chooses to share it. Delivered, paid, canceled, and archived loads stop displaying location and ETA updates.
Driving estimates exclude required rest, loading time, and truck restrictions. Each ETA identifies its source and update time.
